Annodata Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead a successful team of O2 Mobile Specialists. The position is based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate achievement in delivering, new and re-sign mobile business, sales of an extensive digital portfolio and delivery of demanding customer satisfaction targets. The job holder will manage & develop Field and Desk based staff to grow existing revenues and will be responsible for all elements of Operations to support Sales Teams to include, commercial support, bid support, project management, customer roll-out, desk based account management, procurement and technical support.
Mobile Communications Support Administrator | Glasgow
Annodata are looking to recruit an industry experienced Mobile Communications Support Administrator to be responsible for providing support to the mobile sales and finance functions to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivery of Annodata’s contractual commitments to O2 and customers. The successful candidate will be required to monitor and manage the sales booking report accurately whilst at the same time ensuring that orders are fulfilled, placed and despatched and returns and exchanges are dealt with speedily. Activations and change requests will need to be completed and this will involve vetting and creating accounts, and resigning and updating the relevant reports. The successful candidate will be required to have mobile communication knowledge and experience involving customer support and account administration together with the ability to be able to process orders and demonstrate an ability to assist with technical and financial queries.
Van Driver | Dunstable – Deliveries Nationwide
Annodata are looking for an individual who holds a full, clean UK Driving Licence in order to drive our Sprinter vans and deliver large office equipment in a timely and professional manner, and act as a representative to Annodata customers. The successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate their activities and co-operate with other department employees to provide an efficient and effective service to customers. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with a colleague to plan the routes for the delivery and collection of the equipment, whilst in addition loading and unloading the vehicle on arrival, ensuring that the merchandise is not damaged. The candidate will take responsibility for the main share of the driving and where necessary liaise with the Service Call Centre to advise of deliveries in order to arrange installations. The successful candidate must ensure that all Health & Safety standards and regulations (Manual Handling, Plant Equipment in Operation etc.) are complied with at all times and that Company procedures/processes and all other internal working practices are adhered to. Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution unit is desirable together with previous experience in a driving role.

Annodata are looking to recruit an industry experienced Business Development Managers to carry out sales activities across all locations in the business as well as in our rapidly expanding Public Sector department. This will include maintaining and developing the sales of Annodata’s portfolio of services and solutions to the UK’s top corporate accounts in accordance with the structured business plans and targets across the UK. The successful candidates need to be able to understand profit and loss calculations, and have a good understanding of basic business finance. In addition, they must have excellent face to face and telephone skills and be able to demonstrate success and experience in managing accounts and customers, and being able to deliver genuine sales opportunities. Experience of tenders would also be useful but not essential.
IT Support Analyst | Kings Langley
Annodata are looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst/3rd line Engineer to support the IT Operations and Infrastructure for customer networks. As a member of the IT and escalation team, you will develop our customer’s IT Infrastructure and provide IT support both remotely and on site. Primarily performing BAU support activities including system checks, backup monitoring and resolving support incidents the successful candidates will in addition, help perform planning, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of systems infrastructure including Servers, associated management systems and other core infrastructure components. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Service Desk Team on escalated support issues in a timely manager and support with project management on the roll outs of new systems.
Mobile Business Development Executive | Glasgow (with travel around Scotland)
Annodata Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Business Development Executive to sell O2 mobile and digital products to prospects that are new to O2 and Annodata. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to grow existing revenues, generate sales of mobile, and sell new digital products & services by developing excellent client relationships. The position is based in Glasgow and will require the successful candidate to understand who the customer KDMs are in relation to Mobile & Digital products; profile the customer to understand competitor penetration, contract end dates, current spend and populate our CRM system; develop and maintain contact plans ensuring that each prospect is contacted as per the agreed schedule and ensure that sales management are updated whilst working with colleagues in Annodata & O2 to explore additional revenue earning opportunities in conjunction with generating relevant Bid Documentation to a winning standard.
