Business Development Managers – Commercial and Corporate Sales and Public Sector Southern Region

Annodata are looking to recruit an industry experienced Business Development Managers to carry out sales activities across their southern locations in the business as well as in our rapidly expanding Public Sector department. This will include maintaining and developing the sales of Annodata’s portfolio of services and solutions to the UK’s top corporate accounts in accordance with the structured business plans and targets across the UK. The successful candidates need to be able to understand profit and loss calculations, and have a good understanding of basic business finance. In addition, they must have excellent face to face and telephone skills and can demonstrate success and experience in managing accounts and customers, and being able to deliver genuine sales opportunities. Experience of tenders would also be useful but not essential.

Mobile Business Development Executive – Southern Based

Annodata Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Business Development Executive to sell O2 mobile and digital products to prospects that are new to O2 and Annodata. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to grow existing revenues, generate sales of mobile, and sell new digital products & services by developing excellent client relationships. The position is based in Kings Langley and London and the successful candidate will need to understand who the customer KDMs are in relation to Mobile & Digital products; profile the customer to understand competitor penetration, contract end dates, current spend and populate our CRM system; develop and maintain contact plans ensuring that each prospect is contacted as per the agreed schedule and ensure that sales management are updated whilst working with colleagues in Annodata & O2 to explore additional revenue earning opportunities in conjunction with generating relevant Bid Documentation to a winning standard.

SOP Administrator – Kings Langley

Annodata require an SOP (Sales Order Processing) Administrator to join the team to provide internal liaison between our Sales Department and Customers. This role involves the processing and administration of sales orders, coordination of couriers and logistics providers and maintaining agreed deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Head of Operations Infrastructure – Kings Langley

Annodata require a Head of Operations Infrastructure to join the team to manage the Operations and Infrastructure department and the associated team for traditional UC, Print and IT business including support, analytical and technical specialists. To lead a support team to provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support across all technologies of the managed service portfolio and ensuring SLA’s are adhered to. The primary objective is to deliver support and infrastructure management to existing and new Annodata clients. This may include elements of implementation and project support in addition to traditional support, escalation and platform(s) management. This role will be required to promote the Annodata core values and wider strategy, with particular focus towards Managed Service and As A Service offerings will dominate the direction of the role and subsequent team with an emphasis on SLA and targeted delivery/support. The successful candidate will also be required to understand, forecast and prepare for current and future activity and ensure the business has the relevant skills sets, accreditations to be in the best position to win new business and retain clients. Candidates will need to demonstrate qualifications in Microsoft and VMware technologies as well as ITIL Foundation, Prince II Foundation and have obtained a relevant degree. Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 10 years’ experience primarily focussed on 1st, 2nd, 3rd line Operational and IT infrastructure Support.
