PRESS RELEASE SEPTEMBER 2011
New Business Services Division aims to capitalise on service and support uncertainty within key UK regions as well as establishing a unified portfolio approach to its customer base.
London; September 2011. Annodata, a leading UK business services provider, has launched a new Division in Central Scotland, in order to deliver an independent, structured service and support proposition to the region’s business community.
As Andrew Harman, Joint Managing Director of Annodata, explains, “As the economic landscape has changed, regional markets and supply chains have consolidated. Customers of print and document management technologies have seen local service and support capabilities reduce. The strength of the Annodata service proposition provides a strong and compelling service alternative which these customers can enjoy the benefits of.'
‘Despite the recession Annodata has continued to grow nationally and we have expanded our resources to support customers. Our Managed Services division now boasts a number of long-term blue-chip contracts. We continue to build strategic relationships and increase our industry knowledge and understanding of customer requirements to make us an ideal provider and business partner to SME’s, Corporates and Public Sector organisations.”
The remit of Annodata Business Services (ABS) is to take a very holistic approach to customer requirements, focused on real and present needs. Consequently any customer with a dependence on print and document management as a critical business service will find a benefit in talking to ABS. The division is capable of offering advice, flexible solutions and real choice at any point within a device’s lifecycle. From full managed print service to device consolidation, ABS has the skills, experience and commitment to deliver optimised output and cost management.
Andrew Harman continues, “In Scotland, for example, there has been significant traction within the manufacturer/supplier space and too many customers are no longer getting value from their original investments as service and support capabilities have diminished. The strength and breadth of industry knowledge resident in our sales, services and support teams means we can pick-up and performance-enhance existing fleets or provide the audited justification to consolidate and optimise additional devices.’
‘To that end Annodata is delighted that Stuart Miller and Anthony Flynn are joining at such a pivotal moment. Their industry experience, extremely high levels of integrity and professionalism will ensure Annodata Business Services, combined with a truly independent offering in the marketplace, will provide the ultimate customer experience. The team have the ability to expand the proposition beyond areas such as managed print service and incorporate all facets of the Annodata product and services portfolio, including telecommunication systems and mobile services.”
