Account managers
Many of our account managers have worked for Annodata for a considerable period. They have shared and helped build our success. Lasting relationships have been formed with many substantial and small companies through the years.
Selection process is rigorous as we expect not only technical competence but the ability to conform to Annodata's attitude to customer relationships.
Training
However experienced people are when they join Annodata, they all undergo an initial orientation into the Annodata approach. In addition, we utilise the accreditation and training that is available through our partners to maximise their people skills to ensure they have a very good grounding in the technology and processes associated with documents. The accreditation with manufacturers is rigorous and ensures that the data enhances the high reputation of our key partners.
Attitude
Working with every account manager is Annodata's service and support staff. A long-term relationship necessitates good service and support. Account managers are encouraged to attend the breakfast meetings held by service managers which coordinate activities and provide strong lines of communication. They work together to maximise customer satisfaction.
