Annodata Communication Systems is a long established telecommunications provider with more than 15 years experience, specialising in the provision of converged voice and data solutions. Our strength lies in our long-term heritage and in our vendor partner relationships with leading voice communications providers such as Mitel, Avaya and Siemens – and with data specialists such as Cisco, 3COM and HP.

The name Annodata Business Communications may be new to you – and this is because we re-branded in January 2007. Previously known as IPS Telecoms, we inherited the name in 2000 when the INDeX support business was purchased from Avaya. At that time, Avaya were looking to move away from directly supporting INDeX hardware via their INDeX Professional Services (IPS) division, so they contacted a number of their largest resellers to find the most suitable new owners for IPS. After a lengthy process, Annodata were selected, based on our existing engineering expertise, the size of our own installed INDeX base and on our ability to understand customers’ needs - and then to deliver the correct solutions for each one.

And this approach is still true today. When talking to new and existing clients, our first priority is to thoroughly understand their organisation. We then work with them to identify what they wish to achieve on a business level – and match those requirements to a technical solution. Our years of experience have taught us that the correct system, running the appropriate applications, will ultimately improve the way our clients conduct business, save them money and help them to increase their market share.

Once the client’s needs have been clearly defined, only then will we recommend a suitable technology, choosing from the range of market-leading solutions which form our extensive product portfolio. These products are then implemented efficiently and skillfully using our in-house team of highly-experienced and fully vendor-trained engineering staff.

But it doesn’t stop there. Once everything is in place, our next step is to develop a tailored support contract that ideally suits our client’s needs. We do not ‘shoehorn’ customers into a prescriptive support structure but instead develop an individual contract which is appropriate to them. We must be doing something right because we have maintenance customers who have been with us for 15 years!
