Annodata purchases the XOS Group Ltd
Annodata, the largest independent document solutions business in the UK, has just acquired XOS Group Ltd.
Annodata, the largest independent document solutions business in the UK, has just acquired XOS Group Ltd. This helps consolidate Annodata’s position in the UK and further strengthens their overall coverage in Scotland.
Based in Glasgow, XOS was established in 2005 by Dan Rhoda and Lindsay Wallace and is a Xerox Premier Partner. XOS is currently turning over in excess of £10M per annum with a client base of more than 2500 machines in the field.
We are delighted that Dan and Lindsay will be joining the Group and they will continue to run the XOS operation for Annodata.
