3 Expanding International Law firm
To support it's expansion, this Lexcel accredited practice needed a partner that understood the legal requirements of print and document
management. The reprograhic capability had to integrate with business critical applications such as RightFax, and UniFlow workflow. In addition the practice had an Autonomy Worksite document management package that needed to be included.

This company is a leading regeneration specialist within the property industry. As well as a busy head office there are regional offices and the ever changing locations of their current sites. Annodata provides solutions specific to those locations - from wide format and high volume at the centre, to colour and varing volumes at regions and sites.
Annodata were also awarded the contract to provide mobile phones includng choice of handset, upgrades and support.

This private business has based it's growth on going the extra mile for all its guests. It needed service driven suppliers that will echo and support it's ethos.
Solutions needed to have high availability to underpin services required by demanding and discerning clients. There was also a requirement for confidential and transactional documents to be securely managed.

6 Performance driven Sixth Form College
This college is an outstanding provider of full-time education for 16-19 year-olds. So it is no surprise that the Governors demand that adminstration and assets deliver value for money and efficiency. Annodata were tasked with a full review of all document facilities, and deliver a revised contract which focused on transparency of costs and manged consumables costs. Annodata also introduced document management software across the college which enabled improved productivity and cost centre management.
