Having been asked for support by a major property company, Annodata embarked upon documenting an end to end inbound mail, imaging and data extraction process for their finance division. Using SixSigma techniques, a new process was defined which delivered a highly secure and measured process, eliminating previous compliance failures and associated penalties. Underpinning the process was the largest UK installation of the IRIS workflow platform which has been further enhanced to deliver ongoing improvements and process time reductions for the customer.

Annodata enhances its relationship with one of the UK’s foremost national law groups, who have a long and successful history defending the legal rights of the individual and their families. Following a company wide print audit for the group, Annodata were able to provide a national Managed Print Services solution that standardised their machine fleet, reducing costs and improving efficiencies across the business.

In response to an enterprise wide print management audit, Annodata successfully consulted, engaged and delivered a fully Managed Print Services solution for one of the UK and Ireland's highly specialised personnel outsourcing groups. The customer, who operate over 30 sites and supply outsourced engineering and project management services to the Nuclear, Aerospace, Rail and Power industries, realised initial savings of £100K as well as improved service delivery across all locations.

Building on the success of the last 2 years, when Annodata were awarded a fully Managed Print Service for a substantial fleet of multi-functional devices, 2012 has seen the customer commit to the delivery of additional major process work. Annodata have designed, developed and implemented an outsourced IT helpdesk service solution, which further enhances the value and efficiencies already being delivered.
