Annodata Communication Systems is a long established telecommunications provider with more than 15 years experience, specialising in the provision of converged voice and data solutions.
In 2000 Annodata purchased the INDeX support business from Avaya. Annodata provided an existing engineering expertise, a sizable installed INDeX base and an innate ability to understand customers’ needs to deliver the correct solution every time. Avaya were looking to move away from directly supporting INDeX.
Our advantage is in our long-term heritage and our strategic partnerships with leading vendors such as Mitel, Avaya and Siemens and network and data specialists Cisco and HP.
