Office Supplies Telephone Sales Executives - Dunstable
The successful candidates will need to be sales driven and have an excellent telephone manner in order to continuously contact all existing customers of Annodata within their defined area to introduce and increase solutions. In addition they will need to target competitor accounts to obtain new business opportunities whilst being able to demonstrate that their sales activities meet/exceed the minimum standards required. The successful candidates will need to have good MS excel skills, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a telephone canvassing sales environment with a high degree of customer focus.
Call Centre Operator – Kings Langley
Annodata are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service operator to join the Customer Service team at their Head Office in Kings Langley. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner whilst at the same time ensuring that all key performance indicators are maintained and the high standards expected for the position are met. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of all customer queries through to resolution and deliver the very best Customer Excellence at all times. Candidates will be requested to demonstrate at least 2 years in a customer service role, and as well as working as part of a team, will be expected to work on their own initiative.
Mobile Sales Consultant – London
Annodata require individuals to join their mobile communications team as Mobile Sales Consultants. The successful candidates will be expected to achieve targets by securing new mobile business opportunities within the corporate market place, whilst at the same time developing and maintaining an extensive knowledge of the mobile industry. Excellent presentation skills together with communication is essential along, with the ability to account manage and cross sell other Annodata products and services to existing customers.
Reprographics Operative (Full Time and Part Time) –Central London
Annodata is looking to employ two Reprographics Operations Assistants to join one of our managed service client’s sites at Canary Wharf, one on a full time basis and the other on a part time basis three days per week. This role provides high quality, customer-focused service, delivering the required service whilst maintaining excellent standards in work quality. Duties include dealing with incoming/outgoing mail, portaging of goods from loading bay to required locations, and management and distribution of consumables stock plus printing, copying and other reprographic duties. Previous experience within a managed service facility and reprographic/mail experience would be an advantage.
Meterage Administrator – (Maternity Cover) Kings Langley
We are looking to employ an individual that has excellent attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and works well under pressure to join our Contracts department to prepare and organise the collated meter readings, entering these onto the in house system, to then generate accurate invoices for delivery to customers. This position is initially for 6 months but may be extended by a further 6 months.
