What is Workflow?
Many customer environments have a mixture of devices in use. Workflow can be used to increase productivity, reduce printing costs, by automatic monitoring of the printing processes and adjusting printing practices
What does it do?
Automatically moves jobs from one engine to another in the event of failure.
Assigns printing according to document characteristics such as resolution,
finishing or colour.
Combines multiple engines to a single job to increase productivity and lower costs.
Automates finishing tasks such as insertion.
Colour pages are printed on colour engines and black-and-white to B/W.

Workflow is a software capability with the intelligence to enhance productivity and reduce overall print costs, there is support for any PostScript level 3 printer ensuring that the benefits are available in a mixed supplier environment.
