Bid Executive – Kings Langley

Annodata are looking to recruit a Bid Executive to work alongside the existing Bids team. This role provides value-added assistance with commercial bid management, research and document-creation support which is essential for the successful submission of completed bids to existing or prospective clients, on time and within budget. The role of Bid Executive is to manage the effective production of proposals (e.g. ITT, RFI, RFQ, RFP) and ensure answers to client questions, defining the conditions for success. This role will involve working closely with senior management, sales, support and operations teams to identify the requirements for each bid situation; owning, developing and leading the formal bidding process to our clients. The successful candidate will need to have at least five years of experience in a sales and marketing or bid support environment, with strong preference to individuals with MPS experience coupled with proven project management skills, and a high energy level together with excellent written and oral communication skills and be comfortable with senior managers/Directors and Business leaders.

Van Driver – Dunstable – Deliveries Nationwide

Annodata are looking for an individual who holds a full, clean UK Driving Licence in order to drive our Sprinter vans and deliver large office equipment in a timely and professional manner, and act as a representative to Annodata customers. The successful candidate will be required to co-ordinate their activities and co-operate with other department employees to provide an efficient and effective service to customers. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with a colleague to plan the routes for the delivery and collection of the equipment, whilst in addition loading and unloading the vehicle on arrival, ensuring that the merchandise is not damaged. The candidate will take responsibility for the main share of the driving and where necessary liaise with the Service Call Centre to advise of deliveries in order to arrange installations. The successful candidate must ensure that all Health & Safety standards and regulations (Manual Handling, Plant Equipment in Operation etc.) are complied with at all times and that Company procedures/processes and all other internal working practices are adhered to. Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution unit is desirable together with previous experience in a driving role.

Annodata are looking for experienced field based Customer Support Engineers in the above geographical locations, to ensure Copiers, Faxes, Printers, Multi-Functional Devices or other associated equipment is installed, serviced and maintained to company and manufacturer standard; to achieve maximum reliability, cost effective repair and customer satisfaction. Proven experience on the maintenance and installation of Mono and Colour multifunctional photocopiers would be required together with Network and IT knowledge.

Mobile Account Manager – Glasgow

Annodata are looking for an experienced Mobile Account Manager to account manage a base of clients to secure our existing revenues, improve customer satisfaction, generate sales of mobile and sell new digital products & services by developing excellent client relationships. The role will include calling the Customers and understanding their KDM’s in relation to their mobile and digital products, together with profiling the account base to gather information on competitor penetration, contract end dates, current spend and from this information populate our CRM system coupled with selling additional connections to existing clients and accurately forecasting business wins, revenue and pipeline opportunities. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills, and be confident in dealing with decision makers together with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets. We are looking for individuals who have B2B experience in commercial roles and have experience in the mobile industry.

Annodata are looking for an experienced Mobile Business Development Executive To sell mobile and digital products to prospects that are new to Annodata in conjunction with growing the existing revenues, generate sales of mobile and sell new digital products & services by developing excellent client relationships. The successful candidate will be required to generate & qualify mobile sales opportunities and maintain sales pipeline, accurately forecast customer sales to include MPN numbers & Gross Margin, as well as sell mobile products & services to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets, The successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain contact plans, ensuring that each prospect is contacted as per the agreed schedule, and sales management are updated. The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate excellent telephone and written communication skills, be confident in dealing with decision makers and have the ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets. Mobile Commercial Support Officer – Glasgow

Annodata are looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Support Officer to provide commercial support to the mobile sales team by attracting additional funding, and bid support to secure existing revenues and win new business. The responsibilities also including acting as Annodata lead on improving customer satisfaction, and as authority on the internal system. Provision of reporting on an accurate & timely basis that leads to better commercial decisions being taken is also a requirement of the role. The successful candidate will be required to produce & maintain a suite of defined sales management reports; act as the Annodata Centre of Excellence for the management system; co-ordinate activity with Account Managers to build excellent relationships and CSI scores, as well we provide commercial support for all Mobile opportunities, together with profiling our account base to gather information on competitor penetration, contract end dates, current spend to populate into the CRM system. Candidates will need to be able to consistently achieve workload objectives within agreed timescales, and be computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

Desk Based Mobile Sales Executive – Glasgow

Annodata are looking for an experienced Desk Based Mobile Sales Executive to achieve sales targets by re-signing clients and up selling and cross selling new products and services to meet personal sales target on a monthly basis by closing profitable, commercially sound deals. The successful candidates will be required to use effective sales techniques to defend the customer base and create quality leads by cross–selling and up–selling mobile products and to prepare new contracts & provide confirmation of sale to the sales manager. Previous experience of managing accounts within a mobile telecommunications role is required together with a minimum of 2 years experience and good knowledge of all Microsoft packages together with good overall IT skills, numeracy and customer relations.
