Bid Executive – Kings Langley

Annodata are keen to secure a Bid Executive/Writer to provide value-adding assistance with commercial bid management, research and document-creation support which is essential for the successful submission of completed bids to existing or prospective clients, on time and within budget.

This role will require you take responsibility for various parts of the three-stage bid process:

Pre-bid:

  • Working with Sales to assess prospect needs
  • Coordinate answer of the Proposal questions, as required
  • Coordinating the gate keeping and Bid/No Bid process
  • Producing the bid brief
  • Identifying resources and expertise, as required

During the process:

  • Ensure the effective running of bids by:
  • Being the central point of contact with sales and other internal functions
  • Leading all aspects of day to day bids
  • Writing the bid, editing the contributions and coordinating the bid production
  • Maintain the bid library
  • Preparing presentations
  • Supporting sales closure (project or business review)

Customer Support Field Engineers

Annodata are looking to recruit a Printer Engineer to work out in the field. You will install and repair copiers and printers, installing them onto customers PCs and networks. Your customers will range from single users to MoD sites to hospitals and schools. You will be based in one of the following areas Nottingham or Derby or Worcester or Birmingham areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out equipment maintenance, installation and basic customer training to the company and manufacturer standard.
  • Liaise with other Engineers to discuss and promote best work practices.
  • Attend to non-performing machines as directed to resolve customer complaints. This may include machines outside of normal work area.
  • Work to resolve technical issues and communicate to other engineers via team meetings and the review of technical service bulletins.
  • Manage on site stock to hold relevant parts and quantities for replenishment to achieve a high first-time fix.

Key skills and attributes:

  • It is essential that you are copier trained on Kyocera, Ricoh or Canon printers
  • IT literate in order to install printers on customer PCs and networks
  • Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
  • Must have experience installing and maintaining printers and copiers
  • Must be able to work independently – so experience is essential

Mobile Sales Specialist – South

Annodata are keen to secure an experienced Mobile Sales Specialist to maintain and develop extensive knowledge of the mobile market place, you will be out on the road meeting customers and bringing in the orders. 25% of the time will be office based (Kings Langley/London/Reading) booking appointments, creating paperwork and attending meetings.

Reporting into the Head of Mobile you will be engaged in the following:

  • To meet personal sales targets monthly by closing profitable, commercially sound deals
  • To demonstrate excellent presentation skills
  • To effectively control the pipeline of opportunities
  • To prepare and present management forecasting and reporting at regular intervals
  • To cross sell other Annodata opportunities into customers
  • To work closely with the Mobile sales manager, other members of the Regional Sales Teams and O2 to a high standard.

2nd Line Support Service Desk Analyst

Annodata are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst – for the Interrogation of the Service Desk ticketing system, to provide effective responses and resolutions to queries or issues.

You will be responding to calls or e-mails on the service desk, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements for fault resolutions and service requests completions, as well as administering and maintaining end user accounts, permissions and access rights as directed by the change requests.

Additionally, you will carry out installations and configurations and support end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products; maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting to determine source of computer problems, conducting updates of the network asset management register to ensure records are kept up to date.

Key Skills, Responsibilities and Attitudes

  • Previously experience on an IT service desk.
  • Understanding of ITIL Practices.
  • 3+ Desktop, Networking, Server years’ experience.
  • Ability to prioritise work under pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and advise technical/service information to different levels.
  • Good general overall technical understanding of all new technologies.
  • General Support and Operations experience.
  • WAN/LAN/Networking skill sets.
  • Microsoft/VMWare/Cloud technologies implementation experience.

3rd Line Support Service Desk Analyst

Annodata are looking for a 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst that will be responsible for the Interrogation of the Service Desk ticketing system, in order to provide effective responses and resolutions to queries or issues on a daily basis. As part of this role you will provide technical team leadership, 3rd Line support and guidance to the Service Desk Team, documenting and reporting on all Internal and Customer Infrastructure with the aim to highlight risks and migration plans. You will be responding to calls or e-mails on the service desk, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements for fault resolutions and service requests completions, as well as administering and maintaining end user accounts, permissions and access rights as directed by the change requests.

Additionally, you will regularly auditing our technical practices and improving the design of all monitoring systems, architecture and relevant processes to support a Service Centre of Excellence. You will oversee the maintenance and upgrade of systems infrastructure including Servers, associated management systems and other core infrastructure components. You will work closely with and provide guidance to the Service Desk Team on all technical matters. You will primarily resolve issue remotely as well as attend customer sites, where required.

You must also be able to adopt a proactive approach towards all client activities and collaborate with all the Technical Service departments when required to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Skills, Responsibilities and Attitudes

  • CCNA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience using Symantec & Veeam Backup products
  • Knowledge of Network technologies (VLANs, Routing, QoS, MPLS)
  • Previously worked on an IT service desk. (1 year min)
  • Understanding of ITIL Practices.
  • 3+ Desktop, Networking, Server year experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
