Workshop Engineer – Dunstable

Annodata are looking to employ a Workshop engineer to work within our Dunstable warehouse to refurb photocopiers and deal with a high-volume turnaround. You will work in a team environment and be a good team player. Able to prioritise workload and have excellent attention to detail as well as knowledge of mechanical and electrical functions.

Key objectives of the role:

  • To respond to sales order request for the refurb of photocopiers.
  • To undertake and respond to pre-installations on contracted equipment within manufacturers and Company guidelines.
  • To identify and rectify faults on devices, quickly and efficiently under minimal supervision in order to deliver the product within specified timescales and ensuring that an effective and professional service in provided at all times.
  • To strip and refurb equipment within product specifications and Company guidelines.
  • To perform quality testing to Company standards on all devices.
  • To be able to attend and complete successfully manufacturers training courses as required.
  • To maintain a sound knowledge of Annodata service related enquires ensuring any complex issues that cannot be resolved immediately are flagged to the immediate supervisor.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Previous experience in refurbishing photocopiers (essential)
  • Previous experience in Warehouse Operation (essential)
  • Manual Handling Training (desirable)

Van Driver – Dunstable

Annodata are looking to employ a Van Driver to deliver equipment in a timely and professional manner and act as the representative to Annodata customers. Co-ordinates activities and co-operates with other department employees to provide an efficient and effective service to customers.

Key objectives of the role:

  • Working with a colleague to ensure that all deliveries and collections are conducted in the most professional and efficient manner, to and from customer sites across UK & Ireland.
  • Assisting a colleague, as required, with the planning of routes for the delivery and collection of machines to and from customer sites.
  • Dealing with the loading and unloading of the vehicle, taking care to ensure that the merchandise is not damaged.
  • Taking responsibility for a share of the driving of the vehicle as and when required or directed.
  • Responsibility to communicate with the Service Call Centre to advise of deliveries in order to arrange installations.
  • To ensure that Health & Safety standards and regulations (Manual Handling, Plant Equipment in Operation etc.) are complied with at all times and that Company procedures/processes and all other internal working practices are adhered to.
  • To remain flexible and adaptable in order to respond and meet the needs of the business and colleagues as requested

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Previous experience in Warehouse/Distribution Operation.
  • Manual Handling Training
  • Full UK drivers licence
  • Stairwalker training

Office Supplies Administrator – Dunstable

Annodata are looking to hire an Office Supplies Administrator whose role will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the Office Supplies teams and assisting in general administration, management reporting and ordering.

Key objectives of the role:

  • Maintaining and reporting sales activity information by updating the Sales KPI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Print off POD’s, cross checking them against the original order paperwork. Contacting supplier to ensure that goods have been dispatched and dealing with any queries from a customer whereby a response time of 30 minutes is to adhered to when ensure customers are aware of the outcome of their query.
  • Prepare quotations for the Sales Executives and distribute proposals to customers via e-mail and post.
  • Update the sales figure on a daily basis, this information will then be used to compile reports against KPI’s.
  • Regularly update, maintain and cleanse databases.
  • Create delivery notes and matching Invoices for the sales team.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner with correspondence from Line Manager.
  • Ensure that all deals, non-confirmed orders and closing off of business for the department is returned before the month end cut off.
  • Maintain and update a bespoke website as and when required to reflect the businesses current special offers and monthly promotions.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Previous experience in a supporting office role (essential)
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge (essential)

MPS SOP Administrator (6-month Fixed term) – Maylands

Annodata are looking to hire an MPS SOP Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract whose role will be the liaison point between Sales teams, Customers, Service and Warehouse staff ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all customer orders. Provision of exemplary customer service to internal and external customers at all times.

Key Objectives of the role

  • Overseeing the deals going through the document work flow on allocated area
  • Primary focus is on ensuring orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis
  • Checking of stock, updating of all in-house systems as required
  • Liaison with internal departments to arrange deliveries and installations
  • Liaison with customers via email and telephone
  • Liaison with 3rd party carriers
  • Liaison with suppliers via phone and email
  • Invoicing orders once processed

Any other reasonable duties which relate to the smooth running and operation of the department.


Experience and Knowledge required

  • Background in customer service and working as part of a team
  • Proven skills in multi-tasking and taking ownership of workload
  • Able to thrive in a busy office environment, exhibit a sense of urgency, flexibility and high work standards
  • Computer literate
  • High degree of attention to detail
