Bid Executive – Kings Langley

Annodata are keen to secure a Bid Executive/Writer to provide value-adding assistance with commercial bid management, research and document-creation support which is essential for the successful submission of completed bids to existing or prospective clients, on time and within budget.

This role will require you take responsibility for various parts of the three-stage bid process:

Pre-bid:

  • Working with Sales to assess prospect needs
  • Coordinate answer of the Proposal questions, as required
  • Coordinating the gate keeping and Bid/No Bid process
  • Producing the bid brief
  • Identifying resources and expertise, as required

During the process:

  • Ensure the effective running of bids by:
  • Being the central point of contact with sales and other internal functions
  • Leading all aspects of day to day bids
  • Writing the bid, editing the contributions and coordinating the bid production
  • Maintain the bid library
  • Preparing presentations
  • Supporting sales closure (project or business review)

Customer Support Field Engineers

Annodata are looking to recruit a Printer Engineer to work out in the field. You will install and repair copiers and printers, installing them onto customers PCs and networks. Your customers will range from single users to MoD sites to hospitals and schools. You will be based in one of the following areas Nottingham or Derby or Worcester or Birmingham areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out equipment maintenance, installation and basic customer training to the company and manufacturer standard.
  • Liaise with other Engineers to discuss and promote best work practices.
  • Attend to non-performing machines as directed to resolve customer complaints. This may include machines outside of normal work area.
  • Work to resolve technical issues and communicate to other engineers via team meetings and the review of technical service bulletins.
  • Manage on site stock to hold relevant parts and quantities for replenishment to achieve a high first-time fix.

Key skills and attributes:

  • It is essential that you are copier trained on Kyocera, Ricoh or Canon printers
  • IT literate in order to install printers on customer PCs and networks
  • Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
  • Must have experience installing and maintaining printers and copiers
  • Must be able to work independently – so experience is essential

2nd Line Support Service Desk Analyst

Annodata are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst – for the Interrogation of the Service Desk ticketing system, to provide effective responses and resolutions to queries or issues.

You will be responding to calls or e-mails on the service desk, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements for fault resolutions and service requests completions, as well as administering and maintaining end user accounts, permissions and access rights as directed by the change requests.

Additionally, you will carry out installations and configurations and support end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products; maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting to determine source of computer problems, conducting updates of the network asset management register to ensure records are kept up to date.

Key Skills, Responsibilities and Attitudes

  • Previously experience on an IT service desk.
  • Understanding of ITIL Practices.
  • 3+ Desktop, Networking, Server years’ experience.
  • Ability to prioritise work under pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and advise technical/service information to different levels.
  • Good general overall technical understanding of all new technologies.
  • General Support and Operations experience.
  • WAN/LAN/Networking skill sets.

3rd Line Support Service Desk Analyst

Annodata are looking for a 3rd Line Service Desk Analyst that will be responsible for the Interrogation of the Service Desk ticketing system, in order to provide effective responses and resolutions to queries or issues on a daily basis. As part of this role you will provide technical team leadership, 3rd Line support and guidance to the Service Desk Team, documenting and reporting on all Internal and Customer Infrastructure with the aim to highlight risks and migration plans. You will be responding to calls or e-mails on the service desk, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements for fault resolutions and service requests completions, as well as administering and maintaining end user accounts, permissions and access rights as directed by the change requests.

Additionally, you will regularly auditing our technical practices and improving the design of all monitoring systems, architecture and relevant processes to support a Service Centre of Excellence. You will oversee the maintenance and upgrade of systems infrastructure including Servers, associated management systems and other core infrastructure components. You will work closely with and provide guidance to the Service Desk Team on all technical matters. You will primarily resolve issue remotely as well as attend customer sites, where required.

You must also be able to adopt a proactive approach towards all client activities and collaborate with all the Technical Service departments when required to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Skills, Responsibilities and Attitudes

  • CCNA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience using Symantec & Veeam Backup products
  • Knowledge of Network technologies (VLANs, Routing, QoS, MPLS)
  • Previously worked on an IT service desk. (1 year min)
  • Understanding of ITIL Practices.

Credit Controller – Hertfordshire

Annodata are looking for a robust and confident individual with a “can do” attitude. You will assume responsibility for your own ledgers, ranging from small to large accounts. You will be working in a large open plan office so the ability to focus will be key.

Duties will include the following:

  • Establish and maintain regular contact with all accounts
  • Ensure aged debts keep within department targets
  • Credit check new and existing customers
  • Report monthly on overdue accounts
  • Assisting colleagues in busy periods

Key Skills and Attitudes:

  • Previous Credit Controller experience (2 years +)
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications

Storesperson – Dunstable

Annodata are looking to employ a warehouse storesperson whose responsibilities will include;

Goods Inwards

  • To ensure all deliveries are checked for damage and required quantities are correct prior to signing and accepting receipt from the delivery companies
  • To ensure that all goods are labelled correctly and receipted into stock via the VALE database
  • To ensure that receipted goods are placed in the correct locations
  • Ensuring short shipments are highlighted and referred to the Warehouse Administrator for action

Goods Distribution

  • To ensure that all relevant delivery notes are picked and packed for distribution within the same day and quality controls are adhered to in respect of accuracy and checking prior to despatch
  • To ensure that the correct amount of packing is used to minimise damage to the products and Annodata/ACS “tape” is used on all external packaging
  • To ensure that all delivery documents are attached to the goods in the sealed envelope
  • Responsibility to meet deadlines of external couriers and delivery companies for the despatch of goods from the warehouse

General Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the clean and tidy upkeep of the warehouse at all times reporting any Health & Safety issues or concerns to Reman/Operations Manager
  • To ensure that Health & Safety standards and regulations (Manual Handling, COSHH, Plant Equipment in Operation etc.) are complied with at all times and that Company and departmental procedures/processes and all other internal working practices are adhered to
  • To remain flexible and adaptable in order to respond and meet the needs of the business and colleagues as requested

Senior Sales Executive – London

Annodata are looking to employ a Senior Sales Executive whose responsibilities will include;

  • To ensure that all personal sales objectives are achieved/exceeded by driving sales through the existing strategic customer base and new business opportunities delivered by self-generated and telesales-based activity
  • To target both core and non-core products and services into existing customer and targeted competitor account listings
  • To continuously be in contact with all existing key accounts as defined on a rolling 90-day period in order to increase and upgrade Annodata’s existing MIF and portfolio of products
  • To target and systematically approach competitor accounts to win new business in order to increase Annodata’s market share, liaising with Telesales in order to target a specific market relative to your area
  • Ensure pipeline business is at a 1:3 ratio against target on a rolling 90-day period
  • Create a minimum of 2 mobile opportunities per month
  • Create 8 new business opportunities per month in your area
  • Deliver achieve sales targets as set by Regional Sales Manager
  • To liaise and work closely to develop and mentor Junior sales team
  • Mentor where applicable Junior Sales Representatives in the field
  • Update Annodata CRM for all customer/forecast activity
  • To be able to demonstrate/show that all sales activities meet the standard as outlined in the Annodata KPI Plan covering the set minimum of:
    • Planned Activity
    • Planned existing customer contact, upgrade and additional placements
    • Planned targeted competitive account contact, new business
    • Forecasting of prospects within a given period
    • Ability to demonstrate the status of forecasted prospects

ICT Sales Administration Manager

Annodata are looking to recruit an ICT Sales Administration Manager to manage Sales Support and Sales Order Processing (SOP) team to prepare quotes, order processing, billing, invoicing and maintenance contract functions across ICT, UC, ECM & Mobile Telecoms business areas.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate with have ownership of and develop continuous improvement in the following areas;

  • Sales quotes and order processing functions
  • Customer relationship management in relation to deliveries to customers and dealing with issues arising at implementation and during the life of the customer contract
  • Ensure quotes for maintenance contracts are prepared and renewed in a timely manner
  • Supplier relationship management including stock and logistics issue resolution
  • Ordering from distribution channels or direct from main suppliers
  • Ensure maximum discounts or rebates are negotiated by distributor or supplier with sales
  • Ownership of document management systems and processes related to quotes, sales order processing, maintenance contracts, billing and invoicing
  • Provision of a sales support service to the ICT, UC, ECM Sales team & other departments
  • Management and Development of team of Sales and SOP Administrators
  • Responsible for reporting and management of ‘Work In Progress’ and other relevant reports
