Annodata’s history begins back in 1988, when brothers Andrew and Tim Harman founded the company following successful sports and business careers. Today, we have evolved into one of Europe’s largest independent vendors of IT, Unified Communications and Managed Print technologies, with a turnover of over £80 million. For close to three decades our customers have benefitted from our proven ability to offer the widest choice and the best advice in an ever-changing market place.

Our success can be attributed to the pragmatic approach we take on the solutions and services we offer, our dedicated staff and our dynamic leadership team. These three key factors ensure that we continue to see solid organic growth and enable us to maintain our market leading position.

By listening to customer and market demands for rationalisation and consolidation of IT services, Annodata have developed an end-to-end Managed Services approach which ensure our customers receive optimal cost reduction and return on investment, whilst providing significant productivity and service improvements.

Key Strategic Acquisitions:

Acquisitions have played a major role in our entry into new markets and strengthened the range of solutions that we can offer to our customers.

November 2014 – Annodata acquires Keltec (a leading IT Services & Infrastructure business)

February 2015 – Annodata acquires STS (a wide format Print specialist)

In December 2016, Kyocera Corporation in Japan concluded the acquisition of Annodata in a landmark deal which consolidates Kyocera’s offering and underpins Annodata’s market presence. Annodata remains completely independent and continues to offer market leading services to customers.

Whilst Annodata retains a market leading position for it’s Managed Print Services, we are also very strong across IT Services and Unified Communications. Our partnerships with Mitel, Cisco and Microsoft solidify our Unified Communications offering with best in class technologies. This, combined with partnership with companies such as HPE, Veeam, Colt, KDDI, ONI and many others enable us to offer innovative IT solutions in the Cloud, On-Premise or in a Hybrid environment.

Headquartered in Hertfordshire, the company employs over 350 staff across 10 offices throughout the United Kingdom.
