15/01/2015 – Kings Langley
Annodata, a leading national provider of communications, managed print and IT services, has formally announced Joe Kelly as its Group Finance Director. With the appointment, which further strengthens Annodata’s senior management team, the company seeks to consolidate its position in the market, post the acquisition of Keltec in late 2014, and drive its expansion plans.
Since it was first established, Annodata has seen 26 years of steady growth, with a focus on sustainable profitability and re-investment. The company, whose annual aggregate revenues are approaching £80million, has a stated goal of achieving a turnover of £100 million by 2016 through organic growth and by acquisition.
Kelly will be stepping into the role previously held by Suki Purewal, who has been appointed the company’s Commercial Director. Prior to joining the company, Kelly worked for a range of listed, private and private equity-backed businesses, including 365ITServices, PRGX Global Inc and the Parity Group. With significant financial, operational and M&A experience working in mid-markets in the technology and business services sectors, Kelly will play a key guiding role in helping Annodata fulfil its growth ambitions.
Martin St. Quinton, Chairman of Annodata, commented: “Joe joins the company during a period of intense growth and rapid change, as we seek to diversify our product offering and strengthen our nationwide footprint. Annodata has major growth ambitions and to achieve them it’s important that we have a strong senior management team in place. Joe’s extensive experience working with dynamic organisations and excellent track record makes him a strong addition to the company, and I would like to welcome him on board.”
Joe Kelly, Annodata’s Group Finance Director, added: “Annodata has undergone a number of important changes in recent years and, in the process, done a lot of growing up, making it a very exciting time to join the company. 2015 is shaping up to be a very busy year as we look to make a number of strategically important acquisitions and bed in those acquisitions already made. As Annodata embarks on the next chapter of its history, I look forward using my experience to capitalise on the advances already made and help to drive the business forward.”
