Annodata goes for gold at annual sales conference

Team GB Olympians offer inspirational advice at Annodata’s 2016 annual sales conference.

Annodata hosted its 28th annual sales conference last month in front of staff, key partners and some special Olympic guests to celebrate its successes from the past year and take a look at what the company might have in store for 2017.

On 18 November Annodata booked out Mercedes Benz World for its sales conference to celebrate an excellent year for the company with a packed and Olympic-themed agenda. Annodata’s co-founder Andrew Harman gave the opening address, outlining the company’s progress since it was founded 28 years ago, and Rod Tonna-Barthet, Annodata’s CEO, spoke about the opportunities and challenges for the business going forward. Hot on his heels, Andrew Smith, Technical Director, gave a glimpse into the future, discussing the theme of digital transformation and what it means for the business.

Prior to the annual Partner Awards and Sales Awards to recognise the biggest achievers of 2016, key partners and staff were treated to a special panel session chaired by Sky Sports News presenter Jacquie Beltrao and three Olympic medal-winning Team GB athletes who spoke about success and the dedication required to be a winner:

  • Lutalo Muhammad, British taekwondo athlete who won bronze at London 2012 and silver at Rio 2016;
  • Scott Durant, who won gold in the men’s eight rowing at Rio;
  • Pam Relph MBE, rower who won gold medals in the Summer Paralympics in London and Rio.
