27th July – In line with the most recent guidance from Public Health England, the NHS and Government, Annodata is ramping up its support as we see the activity levels of our customers and partners increase. It is evident that we will all need to navigate our way back to a new “way of working” carefully. We are returning to the workplace with extreme care, whilst striving to meet customer requirements. It is very pleasing and encouraging to also see customers and vendors returning in considerable numbers. With lockdown now easing, we trust this trend will continue over the coming weeks and months.
I’m pleased to say that our Hemel Hempstead head office is now open, albeit with reduced numbers on site to allow for safe distancing. Our Dunstable Warehouse and Distribution Centre has remained open and fully functional throughout and our teams across the country continue working very effectively from home. I am thankful that we are now experiencing significantly increased demand for support from our engineering workforce. Currently, our strategy is to work closely with both customers and partners to understand your own back to work policies and timescales. Where you can share this with us, combined with your own risk assessments, we will look to support you wherever possible, matching our resources to meet your own return to work strategies. Where you require such sales or service support from us, we request that you share your strategies with our account teams so that we can plan our resources to ensure we are fully able to support your business.
Whilst writing, I wanted to highlight that one of the areas in which we are supporting an increasing number of customers and partners is in designing and implementing their Agile and Remote Working capabilities. Should you or any of your customers require any assistance in this regard, or in fact any IT, Paper Lite (ECM) or Unified Communications strategy, please do not hesitate to let us know, as our expert and experienced teams are on hand to assist you.
Our account managers continue to work closely with you. Please do let them know if we can do anything else to help you navigate through these challenging times. As this situation evolves, we will continue to update this page with any additional changes.
Thank you and please stay healthy and safe.
